• Cutting operations for flash removal of Lids supplied to Luxury hospitality sectors.
• Two workstations , multiple part fixtures and ensuring interchangeability accuracies.
• Safety access controls including face readers.
• Switches provided for operations so as to ensure mishandling of pendant by machine operators.
• Process operation done using the Yaskawa robots.
• Vacuum cups and cascading cylinder arrangements used at the designed workstation tables
• Huge productivity improvement which is leading to additional part additions.
